Established the Agency April 18, 2003 (Island Associates, Inc.). This business is now my full time occupation.
I became a member of IEEE in 1997 and became and remained until 2010 an active and participating member of the Distribution Networks Task Force. The TF produced and published a tutorial for the newly hired Network Engineer. This tutorial was presented at the IEEE General meeting in July 2009 and the IEEE T&D conference in April 2010. I was the presenter of the equipment sections (Transformers, Relays and Network Protectors) at both venues. During this time I also participated in the working group meetings and in the Distribution Subcommittee.
